The Typhoon uses a velocity stack design to force air through a massive 5″ inner diameter K&N high-flow filter and into a powder coated cast aluminum intake body. K&N’s comprehensive Typhoon Intake kit includes all the necessary hardware and comprehensive instructions for a headache free installation, easily doable by anyone that can turn a wrench. The filter is reusable, and can be cleaned and recharged using a K&N cleaning kit (sold separately). If you are looking for power it doesn’t get easier than this!
